Nobody gets a football job without these 4 things
There's no one set path into football recruitment, analysis or scouting. I've watched people get in from finance, teaching and consultancy, and none took the same route. Every one of them had the same four things in place: scouting skills, recruitment analysis, an online portfolio and employability.
